Re: Volume Level Fluctuates!

Some channels' volume go up and down within a few minutes, making it hard to get everything being said. Some channels are steady, others fluxuate. Not sure I've found a pattern, but has been going on more over the last couple of months or so since the Comcast changed things around (like cancelling TCM).

In last few years tegulations have ben eased. It mean the advertizers are back to old tricks. They send most commercials through the base speaker. if you have control over speakers for 5.1, lower the volume for the base speaker. They want you to hear the commercial if you leaves the room for something.

The other problem which bugs me no end, is the habit of the news broadcast using the base-speaker with drumming or music to high the noise from the equipment in the studios through the base speaker.
