Pixelation on DVR on Select Stations

I'm getting pixelation on my DVR recordings, but only for certain stations (Showtime, Encore) (The pixelation will happen on any TV I attempt to watch the recording on). There is no pixelation when watching live TV. Another weird thing is if I view the show from my DVR through the Xfinity Stream app the pixelation does not occur. Any suggestions on how to address this issue?

Thanks. I also should have mentioned I just flipped the DVR Box out two weeks ago, because I was having the same issue with the old box.

As long as it’s not happening on live tv too, it sounds like the hard drive failing. The stream app is a different source for recording

Maybe it’s happening on live tv and you don’t see it
