Yes, but you can't PIP two cable channels unless:

• You have the set connected to two cable boxes, or
• The cable box provides a PIP signal, which, AFAIK, no Comcast box does.

You can suggest PIP gets added but Comcast has never had PIP compatibility in its equipment. From a techs point of view, I doubt it will be added if it hasn't been added by now

Could you post a pic? I can't imagine what you are describing. Neither can @CCAndrew. Some boxes in Scientific Atlanta service areas had PIP over a decade ago, but Motorola and X1 boxes never did.

I don't know how my son did it and he works odd hours; I have bookmarked this and it will be some time before I can get a screenshot.

does your TV remote have a PIP button? you may have an antenna or other analog device connected and the TV is making the PIP.

The PIP on Samsung tv's shows one channel off a Comcast cable-box, and the other using the Tv's tunner for "over the air" channels. I have one.
