We have one channel that has been unwatchable lately, the Food Network. It constantly distorts and pixelates. This the the only channel this happens on.
Is there a way to report this without them trying to replace equipment and dispatch techs?
that is wiring/splitter related. A tech can check your connection outside the home and if you include the channel number he/she can especially test that channel for noise. the problem may be in the wiring on the street side of your home.
Turns out a family member in the next town, which is the same cable system, is experiencing the same problems on the Food network.
Two houses miles apart would indicate a issue from the head end? No?
