“New” X1 box just arrived...

“New” X1 box just arrived...

So I called the other day and asked to get a new cable box that supports 4K (I had an XG1v3), and I got my “new” box today. Its not what I was expecting. I assumed I was going to get an XG1v4, but I got an RNG200N, that looks used. Is this thing even 4K capable???

No! It is not 4K. Also; getting a new box is rare. Unless it came in an original carton it is most likely "refurbished".

Why in the world would they send me this box?!?! This is the second box upgrade that I have gotten in the past month that was completely wrong. Ugh...

That’s not even an an X1 box, it’s a legacy dvr. It’s been escalated up to see if we can get you the proper equipment
