Yes Comcast charges. It worked after I did a system refresh, which we've needed to do several times this month for several problems. I'm not sure if there is a problem with our X1 box or a problem with a node outside in the area.

Same thing with me. I can use every app BUT netflix lately. It won't launch, no error message or anything.
