I just added my new box, and am working to pair my XR15 remote with my Sony TV and LG Soundbar. I had initial skipped pairing with the TV, and when I came to the option to pair with my soundbar, I was able to do this with no problem. LG showed up on the list and I was able to pair away.
I went back to pair with my TV, got that done no problem. But it unpaired with my LG soundbar. When I try to re-pair it, LG does not even show up on the list of brands. There are a bunch of A named brands, but that is it. What the heck is going on?

Going forward, I'm truly sorry to hear about the sound pairing issues you're running into on your LG Soundbar after pairing our XR15 remote to your TV. That is very strange that it disconnects the soundbar only after pairing to your Sony TV. To confirm, what audio settings do you have enabled on your TV at this time? Is it already set to the soundbar specifically?
