Is there any TV in 4K yet or is it just streaming?

Getting a new TV delivered today to upgrade from 1080p to 4K.  We're still running the Arris MX011ANM box.  I saw there is a new 4K capable box available.  Just wondering though are any of the cable channels (other than on demand type stuff) actually coming through in 4K now (like local channels, HBO, Showtime, etc.)?  Or is it just the streaming apps like Netflix?  Just trying to figure out if it's worth the hassle to swap it out immediately or not.  We have an AppleTV 4K, and the TV itself, to handle streaming stuff.

Ok thanks.  Sounds like there's no rush to upgrade it then unless it dies.

Ok so one more question on this.  Will the XG1V4 boxes upscale the cable channels to 4K?  If so, how good of a job does it do?  Right now my OLED is doing the upscaling of 1080p/60 output from the current DVR and it does look pretty good, but slightly soft.  Just trying to figure out what/if anything I can do to get the picture looking a bit better.  I'm guessing I'm at the limitations.  I know it's never going to be actual 4K sharp.

It all depends on the brand, model, of smart television purchased.  Using "You Tube" app found on tv plus fast enough broadband (Internet) will give you a real 2160p (4K) video and 1080p (Blu-Ray) quality videos.

The 4K television will do the best up-scaling for "Over the Air" stations showing 1080i video. Using the cable-box will do worse for upscaling 1080i video. For 720p or 420p similar to OTA.

Yeah I don't even have an antenna.  I'm just specifically trying to figure out the best way to improve the picture coming from Xfinity via cable.  The TV is a 65" LG CX OLED

My TV is a 2015 Samsung 3D UHD, curved television, 65".

You should be able to use the televisions apps: You Tube, Netflix, etc. Just set the Comcast box to 720p (or 1080p), and let your television do the up-scaling. After learning all the TV's menus for settings, you should be able to get an acceptable picture through the box.
