drop by your local Xfinity store and note their hours and phone. when open (if) they will talk to you on the phone, then no touch give you one at curbside. if closed until pandemic closure is at an end then wait for it to open again or call 800-Comcast and ask for a new remote to be mailed to you.

I did try to contact Xfinity but there seems to be no phone number option in support, and the chatbot was not helpful.
