HD signal issues?

HD signal issues?

Not sure if this is just timing or what, just hooked up a new 4k UHD TV and my HD Channels look to be SD and somewhat muted/poor quality. Restart the box or other advice? Bandwidth issues perhaps?

Read you manual that came with your new TV. You might have to down-load that manual. The down-loaded manual will help you through the process.

   It looks to me like your tv is not set to the correct aspect ratio. Check under that menu.

Appreciate the input! It actually turned out to be a setting on the TV for the cable service provider. There are two "Comcast" options when connecting the X1 box: Comcast Seattle and Comcast King County. The poor signal was on the King County.... switching to "Seattle" got me the HD I was expecting.
