Daily Update problem
I receive the Daily Update message and select Update Now. The update goes through the process (usually 4-5 minutes) and returns me to the channel I was watching. However after 2-3 minutes my screen freezes and my remote is locked. I have to unplug my box and go through the update process a second time after which everything is normal.
This has happened 12 nights in a row. A Comcast tech came this morning and found nothing wrong with my system. Is the Daily Update process returning me to live tv prematurely as the update is still going on?
