Every 2 minutes or so, my TV and internet will completely freeze for about 20 seconds. <br>I have checked for loose cables, I restarted and I can’t find a phone number. It directs me to chat, then the chat robot directs me to the same troubleshooting I already did.
It sounds like you are watching Tv using streaming broadband. Depending on how many devices are being used at the same time, you may not have fast enough broadband.
