I 2 nd tv screen shows no signal does this everytime after a storm
while you set top box is powered on, use the TV's remote to change input until you find the correct connection for the Cable HDMI input. If you know the port name ( ex: HDMI3) then you can select it directly. the TV may not be remembering the last HDMI port in use and selects a default input port after a power failure.
