error CL-17 no on demand access

error CL-17 no on demand access

For 3 weeks i have no access to on demand, getting cl-17 error. I have unplugged everything a few times & restarted, still no access. I see several others having the same problem.

I recently found this helpful document on OnDemand error codes and how to fix them found here: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/TV/ANSWERED-Xfinity-On-Demand-Error-Codes-and-Troubleshooting/ta-p/323...

 

I know it specifically calls out CL-17 error code.
