Double episodes 8/9 on Nov 5, then Ep 10 on Nov 12. Three ‘special’ episodes which I rarely view or record, probably rehashes of what has been shown previously?
P.S. Oh, umm...to answer to the original question...on Legacy at least, all of these episodes are available. I can’t speak to whether the same is true for X1 On Demand.
It appears there is a double-length 10th episode “Race The Storm” which I didn’t notice and didn’t record. Hmmm appears it may have aired Nov 12, same night as Ep 9?
But both On Demand and Discovery show a couple other episodes numbered “10X” instead of “X”. Are those new, or rehashed ‘enhancements’ of older stuff? Dunno.
And why, in their own page, do they claim that recent episodes are a mix of seasons 8 and 11? If true, it appears they omit every other episode of each season. I think maybe they’re all season 11.
But who can know for sure when the provider doesn’t provide clear and obvious nomenclatures for their stuff?
I can’t prove it, I only know it’s true, Discovery Channel Team execs will get coal in their stockings next Wednesday. 😝

If you Google it, the familiar episode listing format only shows 9 episodes in season 11. But if you go Discovery's own page:
