Re: Watching and pausing free movies

Hello. We are having this issue. We were watching a movie on demand free and paused it too long. It started playing live TV again and when we went to resume the movie we have to rent or buy now? That seems ridiculous if we didn't finish the movie. Is there something we can do to watch the remaining hour?
