Ordered premium channel 2 days ago - still not available

I signed in to Xfinity and ordered Starz 2 days ago.   I got an email saying they had received my order and were "working on it."  That was 2 days ago.  When I try to access Starz I get the message that I must subscribe to watch it.  Last time I did this it took about 15 minutes.  I "chatted" with the chat bot which was no help whatsoever.  Was told to "refresh" which I did with no result.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

All companies (still open) are working with limited help and priorities need to be handled first. You need to have some patience. It will work in time. Since it worked before it may be a show not included in your tier.
