On Demand and Info gone

Have not been able to access On Demand or check Info since last night.  Have done a refresh, I do NOT HAVE X1, just cable.  It just keeps saying that this feature will be restored shortly, well shortly has turned into 24 hours.

I have the same problem (for about a week now). I've unplugged the box several times as suggested and it's still not working. I get Error (CL-17).
