On Demand Screen Updated

Now when I go into On Demand to watch some shows and pick the show it looks like there was some kind of update because you can't even see if the show has already been watched.  Is there a way to fix this?

On my new On Demand format, I can tell if the show has been watched when I click on Episdoes and then there is a list of Available episodes.  The episodes that are already watched have a horizontal blue line next to their names.  Maybe that is the same for you.  Good luck!

Sometimes an update for equipment will cause a problem. The update may be reverted to previous version until found and fixed. Similar to dealing with Microsoft, or anyone else. I am sure they are working on it.

We're having the same frustrating issue - not being able to see what's been watched.  Just spoke to a Rep who said there's no way to go back to the old view.  Does anyone at Comcast monitor these forums for feedback?

Running into similar problem,  On Demand does not show us watched or on demand.  Called and had good service, but no one can fix.  Sending a technician to solve the problem at no cost.

I was wondering how to understand the new OnDemand format, and this helped.
