Connection is lost frequently

When I watch tv or a movie from demand the movie stops for minutes and I have to go back to start the service to continue watching the movie

It sounds like you are trying to watch over Broadband Internet (IPV).

You need a faster service to watch programs over streaming video. How many people are using Internet devices at the same time in your house?

 

The program stops because you ran out of buffer to keep the program going.
