CBS On Demand NCIS programs are not free? Can be viewed on the xfinity web.
When I tried to view last night's episode of NCIS using On Demand, I was presented only with a Buy option, and no free viewing option. What's going on? I was able to watch the episode online using xfinity streaming, so it's not as if I have not paid to see CBS.

Well, now, hours later, it is available without a buy option. Rather strange.

Most likely mis-entered either by CBS, or Comcast, and has been corrected.
