AMC’s Line of Duty S3 E3&4 missing
AMC’s Line of Duty (taken from UK seasons a few years back) seasons 1, 2, and 3 are supposed to be available free until Sep 20. Unfortunately, S3 only has episodes 1/2/5/6 free...episodes 3/4 are not. Talking regular (non-X1) on demand both HD and SD.
If you search for “Duty” one sees that most episodes have 4 listings (8 if you count both SD and HD) for the various viewing options. One of the four is the ‘free until Sep 20’ version. The On Demand team only posted 3 versions for S3E3 and S3E4, omitting the ‘free until Sep 20’ version.
My folks who wish to view can’t use Internet or Smart TV, so they are affected by this inadvertent on-demand omission despite these episodes apparently being free thru Sep 20 on Xfinity Streaming app.
AMC listings are a bit complicated and so it is not surprising when the On Demand gurus don’t get it quite right. Hopefully there is time to fix it.

I was all ready to attach helpful photos when I discovered that something has changed on this user forum since I last tried that.
At least from my iPhone, I no longer see options to send attachments, or to use the quote function. (Even after doing the 'request desktop version' function.)
In the past, Comcast reps had communicated to us customers that On Demand screenshots were helpful in diagnosing and resolving problems such as this. I guess it is no longer possible.

I had to call Comcast on a billing question today, so after that got resolved I asked to be transferred to someone appropriate for this problem.
I explained how I had described it here in the forum but no Comcast rep had acknowledged it nor given any indication that its resolution was being attempted.
The rep took my inputs, said it would have to get passed up to a supervisor. I no longer have much confidence in the Comcast day to day management for On Demand problems, but maybe we’ll all get pleasantly surprised by timely fixes. One can hope...
