I was all ready to attach helpful photos when I discovered that something has changed on this user forum since I last tried that.
At least from my iPhone, I no longer see options to send attachments, or to use the quote function. (Even after doing the 'request desktop version' function.)
In the past, Comcast reps had communicated to us customers that On Demand screenshots were helpful in diagnosing and resolving problems such as this. I guess it is no longer possible.
