We are trying to watch a movie on demand and it’s showing in 3D. We do not have 3D capability. Please help, we’ve paid for the movie 😩
I have had 4k 3D tv since January 2016. You are not watching a 3D show. You are getting a bad signal on your video. Sometimes it helps to stop the movie, delete it, and select the movie again. The video equipment used to stream the movie to you may have had a problem.
