I've had a cable card in an HDHomePrime for about 2 years, my price went up so I changed my package. I had a very limited package before. I supposedly had HBO before but it never worked. Now many of my new channels also don't work. I think this is because my CableCard says, "Validation" "None"
Can someone help me? I've seen several similar requests and sounds like you are able to fix it with a direct message and some magic on the back end.
