I have residential tv service and business internet service in my home. I also have a Tivo so I lost access to On Demand service some time ago.
I'm once again reaching out to see if I am able to use the Roku app yet. In the past, I've been told this is not possible due to the services being on two separate accounts (but both in my name and under the same address.)
Is there any way for Comcast to 'link' my accounts so that I can use the On Demand features of the Roku app with my residental tv service?
