I have Xfinity TV Only with Digital Starter service and based on messaging from Xfinity, Peacock Premium should be bundled into my service at no additional cost.
I followed the instructions and set up a Profile at Peacock but when I tried to link my Xfinity account, I received the message "Sorry, your Xfinity service doesn’t include Peacock Premium".
I even double-checked which Xfinity services are eligible for free Peacock Premium service, and the FAQs clearly list one of the services as Xfinity TV Digital Starter or above. I don't have Xfinity Internet, but that isn't listed as a requirement for Digital Starter accessed through a third party.

Same. I've restarted my flex box, signed out of peacock and signed back in, nothing works. Starting to be a big joke. Peacock and Comcast need to work together better and fix this. People shouldn't have to jump through tech support hoops just to link a simple account. Literally ridiculous.
