I am only able to watch movies that has been recorded. This is my 4th day now. My my tv is stuck on the history channel (which pause and unpause throughout the entire show). Every time I try to change the channel it reads we’re having some trouble on our end. I have tried to call Comcast with no help, they told me yesterday through an automatic voice system that someone would text me and of course I NEVER received a text. Is anyone else having issues with not being able to speak with customer service to receive proper help, or having problems watching the channels you are paying for? “”Help”” ....please if someone has a solution other than getting a new cable provider I can really use it !!!!!!!!
