RNG200N no guide or menu

Program guide will not load nor does menu and My DVR work. Numerous power cycles and and resets have been done with no results. Tech was here yesterday. Said he didn't know anything to do other than reset. Also said he had checked many boxes in past week with same problem. Any help?

I think Comcast is deliberately messing with the old legacy/iGuide service to force people into X1. I ended up doing that about 2 weeks ago after mine started crashing and rebooting nearly every day.

Another tech out today. Says company email came out saying that all legacy boxes system wide will not load guide. No estimate as to when will be fixed.
