Not a simple fix - need support not non-intelligent autobot - Any real people working for Comcast?
For over two weeks, I am having drops of internet and TV going to blank and resetting to last channel while watching something on Peacock. When watching normal channel it stops and gives code RDK-03033 on the screen, 5 seconds later goes back to the show. Ping will show good response the drop randomly:

This is getting worse and worse, modem and cable box has been reset, sometimes it goes ok for an hour, other times can not get past 15 minutes without issues - thought maybe autobot would give me service agent if I let it do it YET AGAIN. Instead it just sends to main menu. Others say they are having issues, yet status shows ok, no service outages.... something flaky going on if I can get someone to actually monitor and troubleshoot issue.
