Lost TV names

Hey,  I went to my Xfinity TV Remote App on my iPad and all my devices (3 boxes) are missing so I can't use the app to change the channel.  It says No Devices and You have 0 TVs setup with Xfinity TV Remote.  I went to my Account and they now say TV1, TV2 & TV3.  I renamed one but it didn't update the Remote App.  How to I reconnect them?  I haven't upgraded to X1 yet.  I have old remotes and PCRNG110 boxes
