Hbogo

I have hbo in my cable package. I also have a Sony Bravia Android 4K uhd tv. I have streaming services as well. Since I have hbo on xfinity, why is xfinity not supporting hbogo on my Bravia? Same with Prime. I can't get the channels I have on my cable package there either. Why not? Hbogo site says contact xfinity. So I am.
