End of life DVR....

I had a tech out yesterday who told me I need an Xfinity box as my old DVR is dead. How can I get the same tech to come out? He game me all of his info.  It is degrading daily.

You need to upgrade to X1, as Comcast seems to be deliberately messing with non-X1 boxes. I have an X1 box being shipped to me (but as always, I have fun with UPS deliveries due to my odd work hours.) My old Motorola DVR has been crashing and rebooting every 1-2 days the past week.

I just had my new X1 installed yesterday. My telephone numbers are not showing up on my TV.
