DVR losing recordings
I see this is a common problem but last night i started losing my recordings. Last night i was at 76% full. This morning i was at 57%. I contacted support before going to work and they couldnt resolve anything and will send me out a new DVR to replace it. What i find concerning is that the recordings are also disappearing on the cloud service too. The streaming app also shows them missing. When i got home my DVR was down to 45%. Im concerned since this is a common problem on the thread ive seen that replacing the DVR hasnt worked in a lot of cases. Let me make clear that there is nothing in recently deleted shows. Ive had this DVR in the past up to 85% with no issues.

I feel your pain. It happened to me too. On 9/26 I went to bed with my DVR box at 79% full. The next morning I woke up and noticed it was 19% full. The missing shows were not in recently deleted folder, they were not in the cloud, and when I attempted to get help from customer service they were utterly useless. I kept getting bumped up or "escalated" to use their language, to different departments to assist only to having to go through all the agonizing troubleshooting steps I already did with the previous department. They sent a technician that had no knowledge of the problem and said he never heard of this happening. He wanted to replace my box, I said no because I would lose whatever else I have recorded on the DVR. He said no because it's backup in the cloud. NO!! I looked and the cloud shows even less shows recorded than what I have on my DVR. I also hated that they kept insisting that I may have accidentally deleted. Yes, you know what... I did erased all of my saved content because I love spending hours of my day speaking to customer service folks who make me repeat myself over and over again (this happened 2 days in the row for me because I was told they had to call me back the next day) only wait another 2 days until they sent a technician.
