Channels 2 and 4 - the audio and picture come in an out

I've called numerous times -- my elderly mom who is 81 CANNOT return equipment.  I've had it rebooted 3 times.    It still is doing the same thing.   The screen flashes on only 2 stations.  And the audio goes in and out.   KDKA and WTAE only.
