Ceton InfiniTV and CableCARD activation issue

I'm running into an issue that cannot seem to get resolved.  I have had a Windows 7 computer with an InfiniTV 4 PCIe tuner card installed that has worked flawlesslly for several years.  I recently got a new tuner card that I tried testing a CableCARD to see it it will work.  Since then I have tried 4 new cards from Comcast that I cannot get to stay activated.  I even had a repair person at my house for 4 hourse who was clueless.  One problem that I have been seeing is, for some reason, the Host ID keeps changing and the cards become no longer activated.  I can go to https://cablecardactivation.xsp.comcast.net/ to have channels temporarily work until the next day.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what I might be able to do to get at least 1 card up and running without constant card activation?
