Seriously frustrated right now. My cable box suddenly stopped working early last week. I chatted with the Xfinity staff and they ultimately sent me a new box. Plugged it in 5 days later once received and it will not connect. I keep getting the error PST 1 and RDK-03004 on the TV. I cannot get someone to call me and talk about this at all!
I have called at least 10 times and the system says i need to speak to someone, but NO ONE CALLS!
I feel your frustration. I have a problem with one of my TV boxes and started a chat with a Comcast rep. An hour and a half later still working on problem and the chat quit working!!!! What has happened to Comcast support????
