Can't Screen Mirror

When i try to screen mirror from my labtop a message comes on my tv asking me if it should ALLOW it but i cannot get my remote to get to the message and press on ALLOW.

 

The message comes at the top of my screen and my remote can't reach it. What do i do?

Are you using your actual tv remote?

yes the same one i use for changing the channel, volume, etc

Check with the tv manufacture, it really has nothing to do with Comcast. If you’re trying to screen mirror the Xfinity Stream website/app, it’s not a capability

then can i use the pair fuction Xfinity has, is there one for labtops?
