Can a moderator contact me privately please.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you may be experiencing.  A user can be banned from the Xfinity Forum for a number of reasons. Our most prevalent reason for a ban is because of someone putting their email address on our Do Not Email list. The system will then automatically ban the associated Xfinity Forum username to prevent our automatic forum emails from reaching the email. We are always happy to reverse those bans if you approve those automated emails being sent to you.


However, there is another type of ban, a behavioral ban. This type of ban is due to one or more violation of our Xfinity Forum Guidelines and/or our Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy (found here: & here: We never want to get to that point with any user so we ask that all users familiarize themselves with those guidelines to prevent any future issues.
