Pedestal being moved by tree root, needs to be relocated

The Comcast pedestal in the front of my home is sitting on an extreme angle with one side of it sitting about 6" above the ground level. It is clear it has been shifted by a tree root growing next to it. I had the tree causing the root issue removed by my landscape arborist, and to complete the process of removing the roots the Comcast pedestal needs to be relocated so they can properly grind and remove the root.

I now have 4 service tickets and finally had a technician come to my home to look at it. This individual said they would escalate it to their supervisor. This was more than two weeks ago and I have not had any response. Every ticket I have had up to now has been closed by a technician and no one ever communicates to me what my next steps should be regarding this issue.

Please help me find a resolution.

@jrlongstaff

Just to close the loop here as I have been told that you were contacted.

Our local technical operations teams confirmed the exposed pedestal that you described does not belong to Comcast.
