missing channels for 5 days now.

missing channels for 5 days now.

long time subscriber. this week missing local channels, local sports channel, and more. on the phone for several hours. not fixed yet.  quite a disappointment. no football this weekend. tried all the usual things including 'deep account refresh' and nothing changes. ??

What specific channels are you missing?

 

Comcast has recently made some channel changes that were outlined in previous bills. With sports, they are not offering the ACC Network this year which could impact your local channels. 

 

Have you reviewed your previous bills to see if you can find any notifications of channel changes?
