Why is the Weatherscan channel thread still at the top of this forum?

Why is the Weatherscan channel thread still posted at the top of this forum?  The sequence of topics makes no sense, even when I try to arrange them by date of last post.

No one has posted a comment on the Weatherscan thread in over a year.  Despite the thousands of views and hundreds of comments, it's painfully obvious that Comcast doesn't care that customers want it back, and you have no intention of returning it to the channel line-up.  It doesn't make money for you, plain and simple.  You'd rather give us 20 or 30 channels of video waste that are cheap to broadcast and where you can sell commercials, than one channel that's actually useful.

Even though Weatherscan is gone, I still can't bear to wade through all the nonsense on The Weather "Drama" Channel, so I am doing without local forecast updates.  However, I'm also tired of looking at this topic on the message list, knowing that there's nothing new.  If you're not going to do anything about it, then GIVE IT UP and put the thread where it belongs.

Check your own settings.  It's not pinned to the top by us, so you must have done that.  Open the thread, then click on Options at the top.  If it says something like Un-float this topic for user somewhere in the list, you were the one that pinned it.  Click on that and it will unpin it from the top of the list.

I tried to arrange the messages by date.  There are several threads which always seem to appear at the top of the screen, some I don't even read.  As far as I know, I've never pinned anything, but I removed the Weatherscan thread.  Some topics are still out of order, and do not show an un-float option.

Some threads (current and important) are floated and pinned to the top by Admin, that you don’t have access to change
