Hit "OK" on your remote, then hit the down button and then go left to select "SAP" and press the button so that the check mark shows English instead of Spanish. Apparently sometimes Comcast/Xfinity defaults to Spanish, so you have to change it under the SAP option.

assuming it is not HBOLatino, play the channel on your set top box (x1) and press down button. move left to SAP and hit enter to turn off check mark.

Thank you I spent hour checking language on tv and settings which both said English it would be in Spanish on demand also
now it’s fixed I think
