Why are commercials for Comcast/Xfinity service so much louder than other commercials?

I live in FL and the commercials that advertise Comcast/Xfinity service are much louder that all other commercials being broadcast. This is an issue regardless of the channel that I'm watching when a Comcast/Xfinity commercial is played.
