Serious pixelation on Discovery Network channels

We've had pixelation problems on Discovery Network channels (HGTV, DIY, GAC, etc.) for over a month. Have checked all connections inside and outside of house, all were tight with no water in outside connection. Is this a network problem and is anyone working on correcting?

Are there any extra splitters that you can remove? Possibly May need a tech out to troubleshoot further. It’s not a network problem ;or you wouldn’t be the only posting about it

I have one 4 way splitter installed by Comcast a few years ago, fittings are tight. I live in a retirement community and I have one neighbor 2 blocks over having the same problem with the same channels.

Same issue here, so I would say it is a network problem.

It is just the Discovery network channels.

The main ones I am seeing the pixelation on are Discovery, Food, Travel, and TLC.

Some parts of the day it seems to be okay, but then it will drop out and be gone.

Not sure if it is related but the USA Network channel is now pixelated and drops out to give the message "This channel will be available shortly."

Did anyone get this corrected? Can't watch any discovery channels, they all are scrambling. So annoying!

Hi, @user_1440c0 I am so sorry to hear you are having troubles watching the Discovery channels. It is one of my favorites channels so, I would be frustrated as well. You are in good hands. Our team will get to the bottom of this with you.

Are you experiencing scrambling only while watching live TV or does this occur with OnDemand connect as well? Is this happening on more than one box?

I no longer work for Comcast.

It’s happening right now. On two boxes.

Oh no! @user_0e1e45,thanks for reaching out regarding your Discovery Channel issue! Have you tried doing a reset on your cable box to see if this helps with the connection issue?
