I am frequently experiencing interrupted broadcating of one particular local channel: WWL-TV, Ch. 4 New Orleans, LA. An error message appears: "It looks like your device if offline. Once your internet connection is restored, your video will resume automatically. TRY AGAIN"
Then this appears: "Attempting To Resume. We've run into a problem while streaming. Please wait while we try again."
Problem is 1) My connection is fine 2) All other local and cable channels are working just fine. 3) This happens whether or not Comcast has noted that there is an outage in my area or not! 4) Ch 4 will resume; this can be in a matter of seconds, minutes or longer.
Not sure if this is a problem with Comcast, Ch. 4 - WWL-TV or my equipment. Neighbors in my area have expressed the same problem, so I dobt this is my equipment.
Check on line on the Comcast site (Support) to check your incoming signal, or call the Comcast number to let them check your signal. They can determine if your need a tech. to come out.
