Hallmark Drama

On Sept 10 Hallmark Drama was added to the channel lineup. I have Digital Premiere which includes Digital preferred but when I try to access it thru chanel 1460 or 507 it tells me it requires a subscription. This is incorrect please help me get this corrected. I called support and was told there had been other complaints and that by the information she had I should be able to get the channel. I am in Northern California.

Hallmark Drama is available on the X1 platform.  If you're not on X1 you would need to switch over to that.

Yes, have tried that and I called tech support and when they tried their TV they got the same thing I am getting.  It is not just me my friends and brother who also haveX1 Digital Preferred are getting the same thing. I just want it resolved.

Can anyone who has X1 Preferred or Premiere Package access Hallmark Drama channel 1460? I have talked to tech support and have been told I should be able to access it but my screen says it requires a subscription. I am in Northern California. Please let me know if you have access especially if you are in California. I have waited for 2 years for it to be available and now can't watch it.

I have been fighting almost the same issue for a week now (in the Denver area).  I get Hallmark Drama just fine on the Stream App for my phone, but it does not match my available channels on my X1 box at the tv, despite several lengthy signal updates and resets on my box by remote technicians.  

 

It worked on the tv last weekend, but now blank screen and error 03090 finally shows up after 5 minutes.   I have a ticket logged in the system, the number of said ticket I can give out if support wants to contact me on Monday 🙂 

 

Same with FS2, actually which is a streaming channel from the web rather than a "true" channel as I understand it.  Possibly other channels but I'm not checking the entire guide to find out.

Not sure if anyone knows specific to certain areas, but I just took back my tower modem and got the xFi Advanced Gateway modem which I had to update my plan to use.  THat said, I only use cable cards for my TV but have all channels I was always able to get.  The guy gave me a list of new channels and 1460 was listed as one of them but doesn't come up for me on my guide.  It also isn't listed for my area on the comcast site.  In researching things it looks like they say Comcast Lake Zurich area or something like that.  Is it possible it's only limited to certain towns?

How do I tell?  I know I have the 300 mbps internet.  Nothing in my account shows the name of my plan.
