ESPN HD on Starter TV lineup, but not on Preferred TV lineup??

Hey all,

When I'm looking at new deals, I load the channel lineup and it shows that ESPN HD is on Starter but not Preferred, and that ESPN 2 HD is on Preferred but not Starter.

This doesn't make any sense to me.  The same thing occurs for FS1 and FS2 and a few other channel combos as well.

What option do I have to have both channels in my lineup?

If you have prefered you also get starter line up too.
