Discovery + Channel Ads Question

Hello,

Since there isn't a way to speak to a person, I will try my best to ask my question here.  Ever since Discovery + began, there have been so-many-consistent-ads on quite a few of my favorite channels.  Clearly, these ads do not make me want to continue watching these channels at all.  Beside shelling out more money for this annoying added service, which I will not be doing, is there a way to get rid of these obnoxious ads?  Thank you!

@smith1111 @Ma4201  Comcast has no control over what ads Discovery chooses to put on their channels; that is entirely up to Discovery.  Comcast only contracts to bring you the content, hence your cable connection.  Your alternative is to not watch any of the channels Discovery owns.

@user_b166d2 I don't think they are watching Discovery+, they are just seeing a bunch of ads for the service. But you can watch it on almost any streaming device, for an additional fee, and I think the app is on the X1 box also.
