Hi, I also need help with a credit request from an outage. My internet was out from 2/13/21-2/18/21. The system says I am only getting a 2-day credit which doesn't make sense. Thanks!

Apologies for the issue, the experience and for the delay in responding. Additional credit has been applied for the days without service.

Our internet service was out from 2/12/21 - 2/15/21. How do we receive a credit to our account?
