Hi, I also need help with a credit request from an outage. My internet was out from 2/13/21-2/18/21. The system says I am only getting a 2-day credit which doesn't make sense. Thanks!

Apologies for the issue, the experience and for the delay in responding. Additional credit has been applied for the days without service.
